For pre shaping our foam blanks, we use the famous KKL machine. Our digital control machine makes really precise pre shape, with the right dimensions. Rails are also pre shaped with more precision than normal pre shape machine.

Perfect shape

9.6 is too big for me to shape properly. This cnc feature is the perfect solution. Its fairly easy to get it smooth in 1 hour, ready for lamination proces.
