We have selected and created Shape 3d machining files, to provide you with a more comfortable base in the development of your surfboard.
Rather than working on a 100% raw base, our pre-shapes constitute a refined support on which you can add the final touch! By clicking on the button below, you can:

• Attach us your own Shape 3D machining file.

There is no question of scanning, copying and reproducing board models that you might have enjoyed on the corner of a store or in a shaper's rack.
The "Shape" is also entitled to the protection of the rights of its author, in the same way as all works.

Do not look in our catalog for replicas of "Retro Twin", "Round Nosefish", "Fred Rubble", "Wombat", or other "Hypto Krypto"...

The selection of pre-shape models that we offer is intended to be relatively generalist and democratic both in the dimensions and in the models, so as to offer you a clean and refined work base on which you will take care of come and bring your personal touch: the one that makes our passion an artistic profession!

Our catalog of pre-shape models is therefore a selection of models or our own creations, respecting our vision of the profession, and made up as follows:

• models from the "public database" offered by participants in the Shape 3D software library: the "Shape3d Warehouse" [ http://www.shape3d.com/warehouse/Default.aspx ] ;< /li>

• models created by us, generalists, democratic and "generous": performance shortboard, modern fish or retro fish, egg, malibu, performance or classic longboard, SUP... to which you can adjust your ratings;

• models created specifically for you by our partner shapers, who have agreed to make preshape models available to you which, from their point of view, will perfectly suit the needs of an "amateur" clientele looking to discover and work as a shaper.

In case you would like to send us your own Shape 3d machining file, additional tasks will be imposed on us:

• check the quality of the attached file, and if necessary make any necessary improvements for the cut;

• choose from our racks the foam block that best suits your project;

• evaluate the number of passes required for our machine to achieve the expected result, and consequently evaluate the time required for the cut.

All of this therefore requires that we provide you with a personalized quote.

To make the cuts of your foam blocks, we have a reference machine in this field: the essential KKL.

Our digital machine allows us to provide you with extremely precise work, as close as possible to the exact dimensions of your model. The work of the rails is also much neater than on competing machines.

We also have if necessary, and on request and estimate:

• a 3D scanner allowing you to model your own creations, with a view to future cuts;
• Training in the use of Shape 3D software, to help you design your next board.
